We’re currently recruiting for a Class 2 driver to join our team based in Edinburgh. This role will involve delivering scaffolding materials, which includes loading and offloading equipment at various destinations. When not on delivery runs, the successful candidate will assist the wider team with general yard duties at the depot.
The ideal candidate will hold a Class 2 (Category C) licence and ideally a HIAB licence – although HIAB training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 2 vehicles to deliver scaffolding materials to various sites.
- Conduct pre-use vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness at all times.
- Use of a HIAB crane for safe loading/unloading of materials (training can be provided).
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Support with general yard and site duties, including loading/unloading materials, stock checks, and keeping the yard tidy.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily operational needs.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- HIAB licence preferred – training can be provided.
- Previous experience in a similar delivery or driver role is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.

- Experience working in a yard and construction-based environment.
