Client-Facing Office Administrator (Temporary Access / Scaffolding) – Kenfig Depot (Margam – South Wales – SA13 2PE)

The successful candidate will play a key role in answering incoming queries and requests. This position is suitable for someone who enjoys a client-facing role and
has previous office-based Customer Service and Administration experience.

The office administrator will deal with enquiries and requests from customers and internal staff by telephone and email. You will be supporting the General
Manager and senior depot staff with all administration duties to ensure business activities throughout the region run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. To be
successful in this role, you must be organised and a confident team player.

Administrator Duties:
• Dealing with enquiries and requests from customers, key-stakeholders and internal staff, by telephone and email.
• Processing orders and application forms.
• Updating records to ensure the data we hold is accurate.

Administrator Requirements:
• Previous experience working in an administration role within an office environment
• Good IT computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel experience is essential
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail, with accuracy in your work and ability to work towards deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, you must be a team player and have a can-do positive attitude
