We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Assistant to join our Preston branch. The successful candidate will be working with the operations team onsite to assist with tasks such as preparing timesheets and carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team.



• Assist the Manager with daily business operations and challenges.

• Liaise with different departments within the company.

• Manage any correspondence and emails to resolve queries and escalate when required.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Monitor operations and proactively recommend suggestions for improvement.

• Prepare timesheets to ensure accurate payroll.


What are we looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong business acumen.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional analytical skills to efficiently process high volumes of data and information.


Salary and Rewards

• Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

• Pension: TBA % contributory by Company / Employee

• Holidays: 25 Annual + 8 Days Bank Holiday

• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm.
