Value Engineering

The operational team utilises a cost tool application created in-house to input data relating to material quantities and the overall project scope. To quickly gain a realistic overview of the hours needed to complete the task and identify a target date for competitively delivering the project. This helps to continually improve efficiencies while providing a high-quality professional service to the client, with ‘no surprises’, by ensuring costs and budgets are clearly understood and everyone works together effectively to maintain them.

The site’s scale and complexity require a rigorous, well-documented approach to scaffold management, so the operational team utilises SMART software for scaffold inspections and handovers to maintain a seamless workflow that improves visibility, accuracy, and efficiency. Manual systems using paper records can sometimes pose logistical challenges in such a demanding environment.
