Based – Midlands Salary – Competitive salary (dependent on experience) including company vehicle or car allowance, phone and laptop. Job Type – Full Time – Office based (With regular travel required to visit our clients’ sites throughout the Midlands region). Pension: TBA % contributory by Company / Employee Holidays: 25 Annual + 8 Days Bank Holiday Key Skills Required:- Experienced scaffolding estimator with an in-depth knowledge of the scaffolding industry and a minimum of 2 years scaffold estimating experience.
- Be experienced in interpreting specifications, schedules, and scopes of works.
- Be commercially aware with ability to interpret terms and conditions of customer’s enquiries.
- Be experienced in reading and scaling building drawings.
- Be experienced in pricing and preparing tender enquires.
- Experience in Smart Scaffolder would be preferable.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent IT and literacy skills and experienced in using Microsoft Office. (Excel/Word/Teams/Outlook/SharePoint).
- Self-Organisation.
- Attention to detail.
- Client friendly.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Identifying and targeting prospective opportunities / customers.
- Pricing and preparing new tenders, ensuring that they are followed up adequately to maximise the secure rate of targeted opportunities.
- Building relationships with clients old and new.
- Interpreting specifications, schedules, and scopes of works to produce competitive solutions in line with customer requirements.
- Reading and scaling building drawings to ensure customer requirements are met and where possible exceeded.
- Securing works for the operations team.
- Attend negotiations and pre-start handover meetings.
- Preparing Handover packs for secured tenders including labour spends for the operations team.

We’re Hiring! QSHE & Energy Business Partner required.
We’re looking for an experienced QSHE & Energy Business Partner to report directly to the QSHE & Energy Director and co-ordinate, support and advise the business on all aspects with regards to Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) & Energy. The successful candidate will establish, manage, and monitor standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with QSHE & Energy within Enigma-IS are adhered to. Ideally, you will be based in Midland’s area with regular travel required to visit Enigma Depots and our clients’ sites throughout the regions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities / Key Results Areas:
QA (Quality Assurance)
· Provide guidance, assistance, and personal support to personnel on QA related topics.
· Co-ordinate the preparation and implementation of the QSHE Integrated Management System, supporting operations with the preparation documents and records.
· Support with the monitoring and implementation of Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans for products and projects (as required).
· Co-ordinate and complete QA training (process related).
· Implement QSHE Internal Audit Programme and Supplier Audit Programmes.
· Actively participate in audits, collate findings, and compile QA audit reports.
· Register, action and close-out NCRs and CARs that are project-related.
· Analysis and preparation of QSHE performance & input to quality improvement initiatives.
· To inspect built Scaffolding erections at height.
SHE (Safety, Health, Environmental & Energy) Business Partnering
· Guidance, assistance and support to employees on SHE related topics.
· Prepare and implement QSHE Integrated Management System support documents and records.
· Cooperation and advice in the monitoring and implementation of QSHE Contract Management plans.
· Support and advice in the monitoring and implementation of QSHE Plans and QSHE Interface Documents for general projects.
· General QSHE training.
· QSHE Audit Programmes for the business.
· Safety audits collate findings and compile QSHE audit reports.
· Monthly statistical information on QSHE performance and maintain QSHE records.
· Business reports following QSHE Site Inspections / Safety Tours.
· Analysis of QSHE performance & input to quality improvement initiatives.
· Provide support for QSHE training activities and update assigned Course Training Packages (CTPs).
· Professional management of company accident/incident reporting process, support to incident investigations & reporting and liaising with insurers on claims reports utilising the Incident Management Systems.
· KPI data including Targets & Objectives information for input into monthly & annual reports.
Person Specification.
· Able to effectively business partner and act as a trusted expert advisor to senior operational stakeholder.
· Good analytical/problem-solving skills.
· Strong interpersonal/influencing skills.
· Able to plan, control and balance competing priorities.
· Good time manager and able to consistently meet deadlines.
· Good computer literacy and written skills for reports.
· Good range of practical communication skills.
· Experience in delivering risk management, inspection, audit, investigation, and training.
· Experience of working at height.
· Extensive UK travel and nights away from home is required.
· NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent essential
· Professional membership (IOSH essential
· Internal Auditor Certificate desirable
· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a High level of IT skills - MS Office.
• Excellent working knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental Law (Legal requirements and ACoPs.
