value Engineering

Enigma Industrial Services completed the project on time and within budget, whilst the existing plant remained fully operational throughout the works. This enabled the primary contractor to increase staffing levels on-site to meet new deadlines and ever-changing, challenging weather conditions. Due to multiple contractors operating on-site simultaneously, communication and planning were paramount to complete this project with no LTI’s (lost time injuries) occurring.
