David Cairns

Commercial Director Access Services

David is the Commercial Director of Enigma’s Access Services business, and is responsible for all commercial matters within the Access business across the UK. David also holds board responsibility for our Scaffolding Fleet. Since joining the business in 1996, when it was known as Kwikform UK Ltd, he has served in a number of positions including Estimating & Business Development, General Management and Commercial Management.

Starting his career in the Construction Industry in 1985 as a Quantity Surveyor with Sir Alexander Gibb & Partners, David moved into the access market in 1990 as Surveyor / Estimator then Contracts Manager with Palmers Scaffolding Ltd.

David holds an ONC in Building Technology and HND in Quantity Surveying from Edinburgh’s Napier University.
