If employees have an idea or need to act quickly, they have an automatic green light to proceed when they can answer “yes” to these questions:

  • Is it right for the customer?
  • Is it right for Enigma?
  • Is it ethical?
  • Is it in line with Enigma’s core values?
  • Are you willing to be held personally accountable for your decision?
