The role will encompass the delivery of a wide variety of administration tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent customer service through open, courteous, and friendly communication.   Responsibilities Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
  • Maintain stock of stationery supplies for the office.
  • Purchase Orders & Invoicing.
  • Travel and Hotel Bookings.
  • Meet, greet, and escort visitors, coordinating meeting rooms.
  • IT equipment management and record keeping.
  • Act as the central contact for the team, fielding and redirecting calls and enquiries where required.
  • Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Assist in the distribution of communication material and presentations.
  • Support the team with weekly and monthly administration activities and deadlines such as the collation of timesheets.
  What are we looking for:
    • Possess basic literacy and numeracy skills.
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
    • Strong team player orientation - cooperative and willing to assist others.
    • Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.

    • Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. You will have excellent multi-tasking capability, and be project and deadline orientated.

We’re Hiring! Yard Operative required - Newcastle Based at our Newcastle Branch, we are looking for a Yard Operative to carry out general labouring duties. This includes loading and unloading materials to ensure they are collected and selected by following daily work plan schedules. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with tube & fitting scaffold components and hold a valid Forklift truck licence, however, training will be provided. We are looking for someone who has the desire and willingness to undertake any necessary training and learning to progress their career. However, training can be provided to the successful candidate.
