Operations Director Access South
Paul has overall responsibility for all aspects of the Access business in England, devising branch strategies to achieve financial targets agreed at board level. Paul is responsible for the development of personnel and processes within the framework of the integrated management system to provide, maintain and improve performance of the business.
Paul has been Involved in the Access industry since 1982 having progressed through the ranks: scaffolder to supervisor to manager before landing in his current role as Ops Director. Paul joined the business in 2010 as General Manager of the Preston branch before taking the Ops Director role in 2014.
Paul holds a HND in Business Studies & a Certificate in Management Studies.
