The refurbishment of an old inner-city hospital building and conversion into an apartment-style office block, renamed ‘The Garment Factory’.

Our scope was to provide external scaffolding to all building elevations and roof area.
Value Engineering
Due to the proximity of a cemetery to the rear elevation, there was a requirement to design a structure that incorporated a clear span bridge above the gravestones, achieved utilising RMD soldiers and wall brackets.
